Requesting a Refund for the App Purchase

RadioMail strives to provide you with the best Winlink experience available on iOS. If you are not satisfied, you can request a refund from the Apple App Store by following these steps:

  1. Open the App Store app on your iOS device and tap on your profile picture in the upper right corner.
  2. Tap on "Purchased" and select the app for which you want a refund.
  3. Tap on the "Report a Problem" button and select "I'd like to request a refund" from the options provided.
  4. Fill out the form with the relevant information and provide a reason for the refund request.
  5. Submit the form and wait for a response from Apple.

Alternatively, you can also request a refund through your web browser by going to reportaproblem.apple.com and following the on-screen instructions.

Cancel Forms Subscription

You can cancel a forms subscription anytime by going to Settings > Apple ID on your device at least a day before each renewal date. Plan automatically renews until canceled.

No Refunds on Subscriptions

When you cancel a subscription, you will still get access to the functionality until the end of your subscription period. You are welcome to cancel at any time but you will not get issued a refund.

The free trial available on the Yearly plan is designed to let you experience the feature, and if you cancel before the end of the trial, you will not be charged.
